Advanced Title Defects Resolution
  1. Upon completion of the searches, FNF Canada will recommend a course of action for any title defects that are identified and may affect the mortgage security or priority
Mortgage Signing & ID Verification Services
  1. National signing and identification verification services for overseeing the execution of the mortgage and any related documents
  2. Remote signing service is available at a location convenient to the borrower, in most Canadian provinces and at flexible times both during and outside of standard business hours
  3. Verification of identity according to the lender and title insurer requirements and completion of the required forms, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering legislation
Funding
  1. Payout statements are ordered for all secured mortgages and loans
  2. Full service funding options for payout of secured mortgages and loans, unsecured debts and delivery of remaining funds to the borrower
Title Insurance
  1. All mortgages are title insured by Chicago Title Insurance Company
  2. With customized underwriting guidelines and standard for these programs and systems integration with Chicago Title, this allows for quick and automatic underwriting of most common title issues
Registration
  1. Registration of the mortgage document and discharges, if applicable
  2. Return of all registration particulars and uploading of documents in our document storage, both of which are accessible to the lender
Final Reporting
  1. Timely completion and submission of final reports to the lender
  2. Electronically available, both in PDF form and/or as a data file, as well as in hard copy
