Dustin Allan is President of FNF Canada. In his current role Dustin oversees the activities of all five major business lines of the company with full P & L responsibility and oversight of day to day activities that drive customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
Dustin has spent over 15 years in the Canadian financial services industry spending much of that time at one of the Schedule A banks in a variety of operations, marketing, and sales roles.
Dustin holds a Master of Business Administration graduate degree from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business.
Shawna Jovanovic is Senior Vice President, Operations at FNF Canada. In this national role, she is responsible for the overall strategic planning, development and implementation of all operational aspects associated with service delivery to our customers.
Shawna joined FNF Canada in 2013 as a Director of Client Services in our Appraisals division where she developed a strong understanding of the organization’s vision and focus. Drawing on over 14 years of real estate experience in customer service, operations, project management and product development along with a proven ability and track record to deliver results and dedication to customer service excellence, she has been become an invaluable member of the leadership team.
Prior to joining FNF Canada, she held various Senior Management roles with Nationwide Appraisal Services and First Canadian Title where she held responsibilities for all fulfillment, customer service, operations and retention activities.
Shawna holds a BA Honors in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, an Honors Legal Assistant Program Diploma from Humber College and is a Six Sigma Black Belt through SixSigma.us
Anjum Iqbal is the Vice President of IT Business Solutions and oversees all of FNF Canada’s technology operations. Anjum has over 17 years of experience ranging from corporate financial and Intranet applications to complete enterprise business systems development.
Before joining FNF Canada in January 2006, He was a Sr. Consultant at CIBC and also held senior software development positions at various companies both in Canada and Singapore.
Anjum holds a MBA from Northwestern University(Chicago) and a B.S. Comp. Sci. degree from University of Wollongong (Australia).
Martin Drevjany is Senior Vice President, Client Service and Sales, responsible for business development with financial institutions. Previous to his current role at FNF Canada, he worked as Vice President, Sales at Marlborough Stirling Canada.
Prior to joining Marlborough Stirling Canada, Martin held a number of mortgage-related positions, particularly in underwriting and business development, with lenders such as Household Finance (now HSBC Finance) and CIBC.
Drawing on his 20+ years experience in the Canadian financial services sector, Martin had been the primary driver of his former companies’ sales efforts, particularly with respect to its lender and broker systems. Martin also developed and implemented numerous business development initiatives to increase the reach of Marlborough Stirling Canada within its target market.
Martin holds a BA (Economics) from Carleton University.
Director, Regional Operations
Temi Arvanitakis is Director, Regional Operations for the province of Quebec. Her responsibilities include overseeing the lender services operation in addition to maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
Temi joined the FNF Canada team in August 2007 where she has since held a wide variety of progressive positions within the company with her most recent appointment to Director in October 2011.
Temi holds a diploma of International Trade and Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Patrick Squire is Vice President, Sales & Business Development. His responsibilities include maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
Patrick was initially called to the Ontario bar in 2001 and joined the real estate department of McCarthy Tétrault in Toronto, Ontario where his practice areas included institutional lending, construction financing, corporate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial mortgage securitization, project development and commercial/retail leasing.
In 2006, he was recruited to join Chicago Title Insurance Company in Canada as a commercial underwriter. By 2008 he was promoted to be responsible for all of Chicago Title’s business in Canada, which included underwriting, regulatory, sales and operational oversight. In 2011, Patrick moved within the Fidelity National Financial family and joined FNF Canada Company to oversee the company’s national settlement operation, where he continued to demonstrate his practical, solutions oriented approach to customer service.
After founding True Path Law Firm in 2015, he merged the firm with Schwarz Law Partners LLP on January 1, 2021 and continued to serve his clients as a senior partner of Schwarz Law Partners LLP until his return to FNF Canada Company as a sales executive on January 1, 2022.
