A Passion for Service sets us apart.
Our History in Canada
In the early 1990’s our founders in Canada pioneered the concept of standardized and centrally serviced transaction management for mortgage processing. Traditionally completed by the legal community, there was an opportunity to perform this work more efficiently and cost effectively for financial institutions and their clients. Our first lender program was formally awarded to us at that time by a major Canadian financial institution, which we have proudly retained as a client since that time.
Procon Document Services Limited is created to maximize the centralized processing of mortgage documents.
Procon joint venture with LandAmerica to form LandCanada and create a title-insured mortgage.
LandCanada expands processing to British Columbia and Alberta.
LandCanada expands to Atlantic Canada, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
LandCanada expands to Quebec, Yukon and Northwest Territories.
LandCanada is purchased by Fidelity National Financial Inc. and becomes FNF Canada.
FNF Canada launches a National rebranding initiative.
