With our continued growth in Canada, we are seeking a Mailroom Clerk for our Mississauga Office.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound mail from Canada Post and courier services and deliver to various departments throughout the office following designed processes.
  • Scanning of received documentation.
  • Coverage for daily bank run for the Funding department.
  • Unpack and route goods to appropriate areas.
  • Reception backup coverage as needed.
  • Monitor and manage supplies inventory, mail, and distribution activities.
  • Ordering supplies through office services.
  • Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other deliveries.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a mailroom environment is preferred.
  • General knowledge of MS Office
  • Job requires lifting 40-60 lbs daily.
  • Ability to process requests in a timely manner.
  • Experience in customer service environment
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments.
  • Willingness to be flexible to daily demands.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
